Refadim Community Empowerment

Refadim Community Empowerment is a registered non-governmental and not for profit making organization. It was established in the belief that by sharing resources, knowledge, and skills, democracy in South Africa and beyond would be strengthened. To further this aim, Refadim Community Empowerment strengthens the capacity of local communities; it also promotes human and social development.
